Terms & Policies

1. Copyright & Credits: Clients agree to credit B. CHIVI PHOTO when sharing photos and not to edit them further without permission.

2. Usage Restrictions: Photos are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes or redistributed through merchandise.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours for a refund. No refunds will be issued once photos are sent.

4. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule the shoot, subject to availability, with advanced notice.

5. Session Specifics: Clients agree to communicate clearly their expectations and any specifics regarding the photography session(s), including but not limited to location, time, and desired outcomes. B. CHIVI PHOTO commits to using professional judgment and expertise to deliver services as requested. However, clients understand that certain variables beyond the photographer's control may impact the final outcome of the session (e.g., weather conditions, availability of locations, or subjects' cooperation). Clients agree to cooperate fully with B. CHIVI PHOTO during the sessions and understand that failure to do so may adversely affect the quality and delivery of the services provided.

1. Payment Schedule: A deposit may be required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due at the time of the shoot.

2. Late Payment: A late payment fee may be applied to outstanding balances not paid within the agreed-upon timeframe.

3. Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods (Cash, Card, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo) will be specified.

4. Travel Expenses: Additional fees may apply for shoots located outside a specified radius from the photographer's base location.

5. Accommodation: Clients may be responsible for covering accommodation costs for shoots requiring overnight stays.

1. New Clients: First-time clients will receive extra complimentary photos per booking as an appreciation gesture.

2. Right to Refuse Services: B. CHIVI PHOTO reserves the right to refuse services in situations deemed inappropriate or unsuitable, ensuring the best experience for all parties involved.

3. Delivery Format: Final edited photos will be delivered electronically via a specified method (email, online gallery, direct link).

4. Delivery Timeline: Clients will receive an estimated timeline for the delivery of final edited photos.

5. Copyright & Licensing: All images produced by B. CHIVI PHOTO remain the copyright of the photographer.

6. Digital File Storage: Digital files will be stored and available for up to 30 days. Clients are advised to back up their images upon receipt.

7. Client Satisfaction & Revisions: Clients may request revisions to their photos within 14 days upon delivery of edited photos.

8. Client Showcase Opportunity: Upon delivery of photos, clients may opt to have their photos featured in our online Client Showcase.

9. Confirmation: Availability and Confirmation: To secure a booking with B. CHIVI PHOTO, clients must first confirm availability and receive approval from the photographer. This ensures that each session is meticulously planned and tailored to meet your needs, guaranteeing a memorable and successful shoot experience.

10. Agreement: By hiring B. CHIVI PHOTO, clients agree to these terms and conditions. Modifications to this agreement must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
